Keystone Community Services
St. Paul, MN
Keystone Community Services, an 80+-year-old social services organization, was planning to launch the public portion of their capital campaign to build a much-needed food shelf in St. Paul’s Midway neighborhood. After securing funding from government and public entities, as well as corporate and foundation sponsors, a $3.9 million gap existed and needed to be filled by more donors.
Strategy: Direct mail capital campaign case statement was designed and mailed to 8,500 recipients. An illustrated birds-eye view of the space was created to clearly show the plans in an appealing way.
Within 90 days of the campaign case statement drop, Keystone had secured 93% of their fundraising goal.

Food Center Murals
Construction on the food shelf was completed in 2024. This collection of seven illustrated murals was created to warmly welcome people into the building while also highlighting Keystone’s broad offering of programs, and give naming recognition to supporters for their significant contributions to the project.
